Permanent overheat after heat cascade ended

I was in a fight on outpost pushing a team that was out in the heat cascade when it ended, i noticed that the overheat timer ticked down to 1 second and then stayed there resulting in a permanent DOT that directly caused the loss of the fight. This happened roughly around 1:45 am EDT on 5/27/2026
unsure of repro steps other than it happened out in a heat cascade shortly before it ended, and that I might have been hit with a heat grenade during or shortly after the cascade ended.
I unfortunately did not record the incident.
