Stuck on cryo control pillar
so... we wiped the lobby in cryo archieve, we ran through control and in an effort to not take fall damage we jumped down onto a Pillar that already stopped moving. we effictivly got killed by bots. every time we jumped down from said pillar , we werent able to move using w,a,s,d. only by jumping... and even then we got rubberbanded back on top of the pillar, causing us to lose all our gold gear and everything we got from the vault / other players

Hey, unfortnutately i wasnt able to take a video of the game.
my Account name is Blade#1218. i was playing with Munch#9365 and ilias-.-#5714. it was around 16:30 german time.
we ran across the big middle bridge in processing and i decided it jump down on the pillar. i noticed i got stuck immediately (it happened to me with the assasin v-ability before on other maps but i always got unbugged). this time however, i got fully stuck without using the ability. my teammates tried everything, jumping down to push me off but got stuck themselves. we tried killing ourselves/ displacing us/ restarted the game etc. nothing seemed to work.
would there be any way to get our entry loot refunded atleast?
We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
well we didnt disconnect. i tried restarting my game, the boys never disconnected tho. cant really blame us for getting stuck on a map when everything else is fine. thats not on us is it?

Same shit happened to me. You shouldn’t get stuck on the pillars there should be a barrier then. I lost all my shit i got a mizzy and we wiped the lobby. Shits ridiculous
