Bug report: Stuck over a pillar in Cryo ArchiveControl
After clearing the whole lobby from players but a solo left, I was jumping across control over the pillars with recon scanner to find him and when I jumped into the middle one I got stucked. I couldn't move away from there nor shoot bots and every attempt to move got me back into the same position. I was playing in Xbox Series X and tried to reconnect but it seems the game thought i was inside the pillar.
I hope you all can help me with something cause I lost some gold items and a lot of heals. It really feels bad to lose your loot to a bug and not even players in an extraction shooter.

We are looking into these reports and situations.
I will pass along your report and video to the relevant channels for further investigation.
We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
