Kill Compiler no codex /skin unlock
I was playing with my friends and another squad we befriended. We downed the Compiler and then exfil all together. I have the Compiler Ganglion in my vault. sad part is I didn't receive credit for the kill and exfil. I'll provide a screenshot with the Compiler Ganglion.

Thanks for the report.
We are aware of situations where multi-team lobbies can have the Compiler killed, successfully exfil with the Biotoxic Disinjector and Compiler Ganglion, but no codex progress or Cryo skin unlock for the some of the participating squad.
We are currently looking into these situations.
The crew that started the Compiler fight will sometimes get progress automatically
Other players/teams only get progress if they personally deal “real” damage to the Compiler while it is exposed
This might the case here but it is also noted to not always grant items accordingly.
I have passed along your report to the relevant channels for further investigation.
