  We understand the in-game text for the latest cosmetics is bringing you to the pass rather than the store. This does sound odd to us. So we can effectively look into this, please share the following details when possible and we'll investigate:

  • The platform you play on.
  • To clarify: this only started to occur with today's update? Or did you experience this prior to the update?
  • A linked videoclip demonstrating this issue. A site like Youtube or Imgur would be ideal for this.

  Once we have the above information, we'll review and investigate this further.
