Codex challenge inaccurately reports quantity of challenges
Hi, it's impossible to complete the codex currently because not only does the "Hypocritical Oath" codex not work, but also the codex reports the quantities of challenges possible inaccurately.
Namely, "Loot" has 14 missing entries, "Factions" has 6 excess entries, and "World" has 9 missing entries.
I can understand some of these missing entries are perhaps future entries which will become visible, but at the moment they should not be counting towards the total codex achievements, and the fact that they do and that the recently added Arachne achievements in "Factions" suggest the Codex is systematically unrobust in its tallying.

Hypocritical Oath simply does not function properly.
Tthe codex counts are not accurate to the amount of codex entries present.
