Crashing
Hi there on xbox series x. Love the game its great. However my console dashboards/crashes very often while playing this game. I really hope this gets addressed and if I can help in anyway I would love to.

We understand you experience frequent crashing in Marathon. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine how this may have impacted your experience. If you haven't already, you may wish to consider Reinstalling or Clearing the Console Cache. These steps often help to address crashing issues.
If, however, the crashing persists, then please let us know if any error codes present themselves when it occurs, and we'll review.
I have tried reinstalling and clearing cache, I dont ever get an error code the game will freeze and then dashboard. I wish I got an error code sadly I do not.
Think I may have solved this. I have the astro a50x headset that was running on the hdmi hook up. Which a friend of mine has the same headset and does not use the hdmi hook up only the USB, and he doesnt crash. So I gave that a shot and haven't crashed yet. Very strange I've not had this issue with any other game. Plan on purchasing a different hdmi cord to see if that corrects the issue.
