Exfilled and Lost everything

  • Bungie Account Name - Mimiccri#4502
  • Platform - Xbox Series X
  • Description of Issue - I managed to exfil with my full squad. However the only option was to leave crew and continue to run. I waited for a bit before hitting the option and was given a prompt that said are you sure, the run is not finalized. I pressed to continue waiting several times but my friend Zerk371#3832 and I eventually returned to the lobby and we lost everything. I had brought in a Gold shield, a gold Zeus, and a greenhouse key that we managed to loot and then exfil with. Losing this all is pretty demoralizing.

    Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you were stuck on the "Continue waiting?" screen at the end of your run. If you haven't already, please view our Network Troubleshooting Guide just to rule out any potential networking issues and to hopefully prevent this from reoccurring. You can also track your platform's server status to see if there were any outages.

    If you get a "Continue waiting?" screen again, please try waiting and give it a few minutes to load you back into your game. If the error persists, please refer to our Network Troubleshooting Guide linked above, as well as our Help article for Optimizing Connections.

    While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.

  • I was not stuck on the continue waiting screen. I exifilled and it did not give me completion. I need a refund of my loot
