I want a follow up on my cheater report
I submitted two tickets about a player, you can see his steam profile here

He is wall hacking in ranked mode. I want an actual follow up that something has been done. I've run into multiple cheaters in ranked many times and have lost Rank Points and multiple full purple kits to these kinds of people. I want some measurable action done to ban these players. I have yet to see anything on your end.

We're sorry to hear of the frustrating issues you experienced with the players in question.
That said, the way to report this kind of behavior out of game is via the contact form on this page. If you have already submitted reports, then you have done all you can.The forums are not able to assist with player reports.
Can you explain how the ban process works? Can you check and see if my ticket actually got looked at?
