Lost Loadout after Random “Server Disconnect”?

So I was finishing a solo run. I start heading towards final exfil. With about 30s left BEFORE final exfil I check my map, and go to use a patch kit. BOOM! “You have lost connection to Marathon Servers” then I waited and waited and waited. Finally after the god knows how many “Continue Waiting?” I pressed yes on…I finally returned to lobby having lost ALL MY GEAR. Checked internet and PlayStation and it’s all fine. I have a clip and photos. If someone from Bungie could look into this and maybe return my gear that’d be awesome!

    If you are able to record a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, link it to us here, and we'll be glad to take a closer look.

    We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.

    In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them. 

    Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.  

  • By BEFORE final exfil I meant: like 30s until it spawns and the final 60s start. My b for not being clear lol
