Unable to claim mail items
Can’t claim mail items despite having 50 spaces and the items would only take up 30 I’m one of the players who got camped in the compiler loot room can’t seem to claim the rewards

Here’s a video you can see my vault space says 350 out of 400 and the items should take much less then that

The items you are attempting to claim are all rather large and take up a sizeable amount of Vault space. We can only recommend that you clear more space in your Vault, so as to be able to claim them. We hope that this helps to alleviate any concern that what you're experiencing is related to a bug.
