"Drop 7" and "For Carnage, Apply Within" Codex Not Received

Description of Issue - My squad did the requirements for the "Drop 7" codex twice last night, and it did not complete the Codex entry on my account. We were completing all 7 of the Cryo Archive contracts for my "This is Dedication Syndrome" Codex entry. We completed the contract for flattening 7 runners and opening a vault between 3 am and 4 am Pacific Time. During that run, I believe I had 4 eliminations, and my teammates had 3 and 2, respectively. Sadly, I did not get a recording or screenshot that time (I clicked the wrong button and cleared my Instant Replay). We then finished our final Cryo contract (Cache Rules) around 5 am Pacific Time, had 7 eliminations, and I still did not complete the "Drop 7" entry. In the linked video, you can see me looting Vault 7, exfilling after the Compiler fight, and our combined eliminations.
I also want to note that one of the Cryo contracts requires us to eliminate 200 UESC in a single run, but I do not have the entry completed for "For Carnage, Apply Within," which only requires eliminating 100 UESC in a single Cryo Archive run.
I feel like the proof that I have "This is Dedication Syndrome" completed should also prove that I should have both "Drop 7" and "For Carnage, Apply Within" entries completed. Is there any way to complete these on my account?

We are aware of situations where these Codex challenges are not progressing appropriately.
We are currently looking into these situations.

Account level completion is not something we can do from the player help forums.
I've done this a few more times now. I completed the Runner Gunner quest earlier today, and now I just had this run where I got 5 kills and my teammates got 1 each. Finished this match around 9:45pm on May 14, 2026.
Can Bungie Support please confirm if I need to do the 7 eliminations myself or if it's shared with my crew for the Drop 7 codex entry? This is the only codex entry holding me back from my Vidmaster title.
