Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear your PS5 completely shuts down when playing Marathon. In addition to reinstalling the game, you may also try to clear your console cache to mitigate this.

Hello! I’ve tried all of the above and nothing seems to be working. Others are reporting similar problems and issues and it’s extremely frustrating as I’ve lost countless runs to this issue. At first it was just cryo archive, then it was outpost and has now begun happening on dire marsh as well. I’ve taken the console apart and thoroughly cleaned it but the issue persists, hence why I think it’s a software issue.
