Hi, as you can see in the video. I got stuck on the area from the ROI Contract Final part 5/5. I killed all the UESC hostiles, grab the item and still couldn't leave and die there due to the time.

Hi there,
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
But this is not a server error nor a client-side issue; this is a bug. What happens in this kind of situation? It was already really frustrating losing the contract progress, and I also lost my gear.
