    While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.

  • But this is not a server error nor a client-side issue; this is a bug. What happens in this kind of situation? It was already really frustrating losing the contract progress, and I also lost my gear.
