Enhanced Sponsored Kit Unavailable
Hello,
I'd like to report a serious issue with the Enhanced Sponsored Kit. It has never appeared in my Armory, leaving me with only the basic free kit (no real armor or capable equipment), the 10K Sponsored Kit, or buying equipment individually from the Armory.
I just learned my twin, who has the same playtime as me, has always had the Enhanced Kit available and has been using it instead of the 10K. He also has the "Profiteer" title, which I would already have if I hadn't been buying my own equipment piece by piece.
Now that the Enhanced Kit is free, other players are getting that stronger equipment at no cost while I'm still paying 10K or assembling it myself. I've already lost significant currency and missed a title I should have by now. I'd appreciate this being escalated and resolved.
