I killed Compiler twice, No Cryo Skin, No Codex Achievement

Description of Issue - I killed Compiler for the first time like a week or two ago through organic 9 man in Cryo talking over proximity chat. Only 1 person in my pre made team of 3 received the skin. RIP Recon Cryo Skin. Today like 2 hours ago, I brought in a DNA Access card that I dropped to a teammate to use b/c I don't have all subroutines and we organically did compiler as a 9 man again over proximity chat. No one in my team got the skin this time although one of them is because they went in with a cryo skin. RIP Vandal Cryo Skin. I have 2 Compiler Ganglions in my vault as well. I'm going to be honest. This is absolute bs. From what I can tell you've had people reporting this to you for over a month now and there is no solution in sight. You have already said there is no manual case by case basis Cryo skin unlock, so when and if you fix this issue will we get the skins and codex entries for our previous completions?
Rough Date and Time of issue - 5/8/2026 ~2 hours before this post creation time
Repro steps - Kill Compiler with more than 2 other people.

We are aware of situations where the Complier skin is not being granted appropriately,

"Right now, the way the Compiler rewards work in multi-team lobbies is pretty strict: only the crew that initiates the fight is guaranteed to get the associated Codex unlocks. Other teams in the space will only receive those unlocks if the game registers very specific direct damage events on the Compiler itself during its vulnerable phases."
Just read this message from Bungie support on another bug ticket....fix the way it is awarded then instead of leaving it for over a month? Did you guys not think teaming up was possible in a game with proximity chat and that the compiler would die in a matter of seconds in the first phase? I bet you there are tons of ways to implement it. Not going to lie, it feels like you have 4 devs working on Marathon, which I know is not the case, but the short list of changes and bug fixes in the not-frequent-enough dev updates for the amount of problems the game has had kind of says otherwise. Yeah this is probably low priority as there isn't much teaming up in the game, but it's pretty ridiculous as this is what people are aiming for in Marathon's current end game. Still have not seen a single cryo key 6.
I killed Compiler as a 3 man this time and got the Recon skin...I still want my Vandal Cryo skin and another random one for my previous 2 runs...
I cleared Compiler a few more times as a 3 man. Unlocked Cryo skins for Destroyer, Vandal, Recon. Still missing skins/credit for my two 9-man Compiler kills
