Missing Synapse Cube
My team and I exfilled from cryo and I had a synapse cube in my inventory which didn’t end up going to my vault (I had space for it too)
I tweeted out about it under the most recent @marathonthegame post (@AdgeV1) with a video proving I found one after looking at my codex showing I found my second synapse out of 5 (Unknown Reveries)
