Bubble Shield Falls Through Drone Elevator

Description of Issue - Bubble shield phases through the drone elevator on Outpost while the elevator is moving.
Rough Date and Time of issue - 05/06/2026 @ 6pm PST
Repro steps - Call drone elevator down, stand on drone elevator while the elevator moves up, use bubble shield on elevator floor, bubble shield stays suspended/falls while elevator continues to move.
