Stingray error

I have tried literally everything, Changed my IP and tried with my hotspot from my phone still gives me this error it never happened before but since I've downloaded it like 3 times because I thought it was maybe because of corrupted files but apparently this error keeps on coming up from multiple accounts of mine and I even bought the Xbox game pass for it but still the same problem please Bungie fix it on my account, I've been playing your game since D1 and been a huge fan of your game please just fix the error on my account I'll appreciate it.

    Thank you for your report.

    This error appears to players who are not signed in with their platform account, or their platform services are undergoing maintenance.
    Additionally, this error may appear to players on console whose PlayStation Plus or Xbox Game Pass subscription has expired.

    Players who repeatedly encounter this issue should check the status of their platform's services by following the links below.

    We are aware of STINGRAY errors happening for Xbox players outside of these factors and are currently investigating these situations.

  • Sure my platform is console (Xbox) and my account name is GloomyActor3917#6998 and this has been going on for like several weeks
