Graphics setings keep resetting

I just upgraded to a new NVME, and also to windows 11 pro. Ever since I did this, every time i close the game my graphics settings completely reset. I did not have this issue before. I have optimize turned off in nvidia, and fullscreen optimisation/ run as admin are on. I have done every fix online and it still happens.

    Thanks for reaching out, and we're sorry to hear you’re having issues with the graphics settings.

    Please try a few steps to see if we can get your graphics settings to stick:

    1. Launch the game, go to Settings, Video/Graphics, lower your settings, then make sure to confirm/apply the changes.
    2. After applying, exit the game using the in-game menu (not Alt+F4 or closing the window) and then relaunch to see if the changes were saved.
    3. In Steam, right-click the game in your Library ,Properties, Installed Files, Verify integrity of game files, let that complete, then adjust your graphics again and test once more.

    If the issue persists, please provide us a short video clip of your settings getting reset when you launch the game. YouTube, Imgur, and Twitter work best.

    Same, if you reinstall the game, it saves :D
