ROOK - Unable to interact with Intercept terminals on Perimeter

  I play on PC.
  
  The date I first noticed this was 4/14/2026

  No other steps cause this problem aside from playing as Rook as far as I can tell.

  My video capture doesn't work, but I've tried to do the Intercept event as Rook 3 times to confirm, and each time I couldn't interact with the terminals. On the third try, I can confirm that nobody was there before me, because it became active while I was in sight of the terminal.
