Lost all my gear because of a Lobby error

While loading in on a game to Dire Marsh (loading screen, not in the game) we gotten an Error without description. When we chose to go back to the lobby, all of our gear disappeared without any saying. This happened around 8:30 PM CET on 4/14/2026. We didn't get into the game and nothing came back to us.

Regarding the error you mentioned, did you see any specific code or screen when this occurred? I understand that there was no description to explain the nature of your disconnect but I would like to know if there was any specific code, such as a string of numbers, that may give us more insight.
There is also the possibility that this was caused by networking issues. If you haven't already, please view our Network Troubleshooting Guide for detailed troubleshooting steps, just to rule out any potential networking issues. You can also track your platform's server status to see if there were any outages.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
