Error code weasel
Again I have tried all the trouble shooting methods. I tried into my friend’s account and can access the game on his account.

Because your friend’s account works on the same PC / network, this almost certainly isn’t a normal network problem anymore – it points to something specific about your Bungie account/session.
From Bungie’s own Marathon help article, WEASEL means:
It’s usually a general networking error, but in rare cases it appears when:
You’re logged into the same Bungie account on multiple platforms at once, or
A ban/restriction is applied while you’re in an activity, in which case you’re kicked with WEASEL and can’t stay connected after.
Given your test with your friend’s account:
Rule out multi-login/session issues
Fully close Marathon on every device you’ve ever used it on.
Log out of your Bungie account on other platforms/launchers.
Restart your PC and log in only on this one machine with only your account.
Try launching Marathon again.
Consider account action (ban/restriction)
If WEASEL first started while you were in a match and since then you get it every time you try to play,
Check the email tied to your Bungie / platform account (including spam) for any message from Bungie about enforcement or restrictions.
