Steam achievements unlock but XBOX achievements wont

Description: I can unlock achievements on Steam but not on XBOX, even if I should have fulfilled the objectives fully on XBOX alone. Achievements unlock retroactively on Steam, but not on XBOX at all. Cross save is enabled since Destiny 2 came out.

Weird, 3 minutes after this post and without doing anything my xbox app on my phone states all four achievements I got already on steam, unlocked on xbox.
Seems fixed for now.
I would like to open up this topic again: In the meantime I got a few achievements on Steam, but not on XBOX. As you can see, I unlocked a few achievements on the XBOX at once on april 3rd, like I previously mentioned. From there on I unlocked one more achievement "Run Executable" simultaneously on both platforms, after that only on Steam.
What can I do to trigger the cross progression to keep notice of the total progress and unlock the achievements on the XBOX side? I play both sides regularly.
