Mystery Permanent Poison game breaking
Unsanctioned hostilities mission. After defeating the boss in pinwheel I get poisoned from nothing and the countdown timer for toxin to clear is stuck so you die no matter what. Its happened multiple times. This is extremely frustrating/game breaking.
