Constant Error Code PLUM after having WEASEL since release
Experiencing error code PLUM 15-20 seconds after getting to the main menu with no further information after experiencing a code WEASEL since launch. Error code changed to a PLUM after Patch 1.0.5.
Also experiencing a WEASEL error in Destiny 2 currently 15-20 seconds after selecting a character.

Have exhausted all known troubleshooting options including but not limited to:
- Reinstalled Marathon
- Reinstalled BattlEye using:
- Uninstall_BattlEye.bat
- Install_BattlEye.bat
- Added all BattlEye .exe files to Windows Defender Firewall exceptions
- Ran System File Checker (sfc /scannow)
- No third-party antivirus installed (Windows Defender only)
- No background applications running during gameplay
- GPU driver updated to latest version (NVIDIA 595.79)
- Changed to Google DNS
- Enabled/Disabled uPnP
- Disabled all overlays
- Disabled all steam controller options
- Ensured no "version.dll" file is present in either Steam or Marathon folder
- Reset router
- Ports forwarded
Have been trying to play this game w/ my partner and have been unable to since release as a result of these issues and it's quite frankly unacceptable given that I do not have these issues with any other Battleye game ( i.e tarkov / siege ). I also never experienced such issues before as I have over 5000 hours on Destiny 2.

If you haven't already, please try the troubleshooting steps in our Error Code: MARMOT guide as this error is also related to BattlEye services. If the error persists, BattlEye may be detecting a suspicious version.dll file in your steam folder which could be causing issues with the game. Please try deleting it and try again if so.

Yeah I've seen your reports too Gitorian, feels like I've tried everything I can but to no avail.
Also to Bungie, I stated in my original post that I already had ensured there was no "version.dll" in steam or marathon. I'd like a member to actually read and reply to what we have been stating rather than the same copy-paste response as I've been unable to play the game for two WEEKS so far which is just unacceptable.
I have had no new software or any changes to my computer so there is no reason for these errors to be appearing. As I stated originally I have over 5000 hours in Destiny with ZERO issues of this EVER before. This is a new issue caused with the release of Marathon, and I would like to have this resolved as I now cannot play either Destiny OR Marathon.
