Got stuck in the loading screen for a match, lost all gear.
Was stuck in loading screen into my game for about 25 mins. At about 22:45 - 22:58, 03-18. I was wondering if I could get the gear back that I lost?

Hi there,
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
