Game keeps crashing after latest update

Hi, prior to updating I have experienced similar crashes but perhaps 2-3 times in a 4-6 hour long session and only upon loading into the map. After the latest update, I am unable to play as I am crashing 5 minutes into every game. The crashes do not come with an error code. Screen freezes momentarily and then the game just closes. I've copied the crash log from one of the games below:

I've tried:

- fresh install of game
- deleting steam download cache
- deleting game cache in localappdata
- clean installation of current NVIDIA drivers
- rolling back to previous clean installation of NVIDIA drivers
- running in dx11
- allowing game through firewall

Hope this helps, thanks.

  • Same here. Running AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT. Intel Core Ultra 7 265K.

Game crashes after loading into map anywhere from 5 - 60 seconds into playing. Happens repeatedly, so something has broken.

  • Hi guys,

Found a thread that fixed it for me: https://help.marathonthegame.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/47307361185684-Constant-crash-since-new-update?page=1#community_comment_47331129259924

Updating the Intel Management Engine and flashing my BIOS to the latest version works for me. Just played 2 full rounds without any crashes whatsoever. You can find the drivers/BIOS under your motherboard's support page online.

    Good luck!
