Contract Reroll Timer/Countdown Is Broken
1 week ago I had maxed out my rerolls for a few factions & was given a 168 hour reroll timer - today, when the countdown finally ended, it simply reset to 168 hours and didn't award any new reroll tokens - so far it's not a huge deal as the contracts I've been getting involve killing stuff, but I'm essentially softlocked if I get a DCON-related contract as those are tedious and not enjoyable to do (why would I DCON materials I could use?)
I'm sure this is known at this point, but I just wanted to note that once the timer ends, it just resets to a 7 day cooldown on an infinite loop with no new rerolls being awarded

We are aware of this issue with contract rerolls not being re‑granted when the ~168‑hour cooldown ends and are currently investigating.
I have this problem also. I've waited for the timer to go down twice without getting rerolls twice in a row. I made a report when it happened last week.
This is week 3 for me it just counted down yet again I watched it in real time roll over a new week with still yet again 0 rerolls available
