Unable to launch game since last update, Windows 10

Hey, I've posted about my issue in the included link here:

Just to summarize, after the update, the game is not being able to fully load. It seems normal, at first: the game starts, logos for Bungie and Sony appear and the screen that requires the player to left click the mouse also works as usual. The thing is, after this, when the square patterns appear on the right side of the screen, the screen becomes pitch black and the game closes. According to the comments, seems like it might be an issue with Windows 10, since one of the users updated their Windows and the game worked again. 

Hope to understand what's going on!

    We can confirm the team has received reports of crashes of this nature and is looking into the situation. That said, you could try the following potential solutions in the meantime, which some players have reported success with:

    • If you recently installed any new driver update, please try reinstalling the update in question. Alternatively, you can try going back to a previous driver version if you are comfortable doing so.
    • You can go to Settings -> System -> Recovery -> Fix problems using Windows Update to see if that helps. 
    • Ensuring that both BattlEye and Marathon are whitelisted by your antivirus software could also have an effect, though it seems you've already looked into similar settings.
