Description of Issue - I can hear the game sounds, but I can't hear any voices—neither from my friends in the lobby nor in the in-game proximity chat.
I've tried two types of headphones—Soundcore and AirPods—and both give the same result.
If I disconnect the headphones, I can hear the voices.
In the audio mixer, I see a channel that's almost completely muted and can't be adjusted. Could this be related to the problem? - Rough Date and Time of issue - From release till now

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out! Please see our Audio and Voice Troubleshooting guide for tips on configuring your audio setup for Marathon.
That doesn't solve the problem. The headphones are set as the default device.

I want to point out that I can hear the game audio. I just can't hear the voice chat.
Ping :)
Please try tabbing out and adjusting your volume settings in Windows while the game is open to ensure that any channels associated with Marathon are audible.
I have one channel set to volume 1, but I can't change it. It's automatically set to 1, and the slider isn't active.

Thank you for the details. We're seeing a rise in reports about this occurring and are currently investigating. In the meantime, some users have had luck with wired headphones, although some still encounter this even while wired.
Okay, thanks for the reply. I tried wired headphones too, but it didn't work.
I'll wait for the results of the investigation :)
