Not connecting to PlayStation network
Every time I try to play the game directly from download it doesn’t let me connect and says that it cannot connect to PlayStation network. It will only connect to PlayStation network if I stream the game. I checked, and verified and I am connected to PlayStation network and the game lets me connect when I stream the game through PlayStation plus streaming option (which is a whole lot slower and not how I want to play an fps game when I own it) but not from my download. Before you consider it a network issue on my part consider that the game is letting me play when I play from stream. Not directly.
i already
restarted game / restarted and power cycled internet / checked internet speed (892mbps) / checked PlayStation network connection - live / checked and loaded into a different game successfully / restored licenses / deleted and redownloaded game / play on wired internet / cleared PlayStation cache
none of this helped. It still won’t connect to PlayStation network to let me play my downloaded version. Please help

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
I understand that you have already tried some troubleshooting to try and play Marathon directly from your console.
If you haven't already, can you try the following:
Yes I am able to log in on a different psn account (and no, my main account has never ever been in trouble with Bungie as I am brand new to bungie, I had to make a bungle account for this game) but logging into a different psn account means I don’t get to utilize or keep any of my twitch drops or server slam drops which I spent time accumulating. How would you approach this? as it would be unfair to tell me I have to lose this items in order to play
