PS5 Voice Chat not working
Voice chat is no longer working in Marathon on PS5. It was working fine yesterday and I've tried different settings, different mics including the controller mic. Its a terrible thing not to have voice chat in a Team game. Seriously, fix it!

Please ensure that party chat is not prioritized over game chat in your PS5 party chat settings, and that "Mute In-game Voice Chat" under the sound/devices options is left unchecked.
I don't use party chat on PS5 but checked it and it's not prioritized, in-game mute is not checked either. The voice chat was working great on release day and the day after but stopped working Saturday. I've tried using just the controller, a headset, a standalone mic, nothing works. I've reset the settings in the game as well. In-game voice and prox chat work in my other PS5 games, not sure what changed but it's frustrating!
I am also experiencing the same issue. My mic works fine when I use Discord on the PS5, but in-game chat still doesn't work even after confirming all settings are correct.

Wow, that was the most useless comment / response I think I've ever received. The voice chat in your TEAM EXTRACTION SHOOTER is broken, seriously. The trouble shooting guide addresses issues on PC and has ONE freaking line for consoles telling us "it defaults to your controller", it then expands into PC audio trouble shooting for the rest of the guide. How is that at all helpful to this problem, which is on console, for YOUR GAME!! I like the game even with the communication errors, but I'm stuck in solos since I can talk to my team. I guess I'll run a few more solos and then just move on to another game until maybe you fix this problem or maybe you don't and I never come back. So frustrating.

My apologies the last post came off angry. It's just frustrating as I'm enjoying the game but not to it's full potential and voice chat worked so well previously in the server slam as well as on launch day. Voice chat worked on my headset, the standalone mic and PS5 controller.
Below are current PS5 and in-game settings for reference. I've tried several combination to try and get voice chat working again.
Headset and Mic: Razor Barracuda X (USB Bluetooth)
Stand alone Mic: Fifine Microphone (USB connection)
Controller: PS5 DualSense Wireless Controller
System settings: Mic Status when Logged: On
Status when starting voice chat: Don't Change
Voice Chat Party settings: Mute Voice Game Chat: off
Share Your Voice: Allow
Voice Chat setting: Auto (only other option is: Server Only)
Microphone Volume: Middle of "Good" when tested
In-Game Settings:
Voice Chat: ON
Proximity Voice Chat: ON (tried it set to OFF as well)
Crew Chat Voice Input: Open Mic
Background suppression: Off (tried it set to ON as well)
Positional Crew Chat: ON (tried it set to OFF as well)
Voice Chat Volume set to: 9
I don't see any additional settings to modify either in-game or in the PS5 settings. Any assistance would be really appreciated.
Voice Chat is back working as of this weeks update!
