Description: I am experiencing a severe CPU bottleneck where changing graphics presets or enabling DLSS has almost no impact on overall performance. The game appears to rely too heavily on the CPU, leaving my GPU significantly underutilized.

Performance Metrics:

Average FPS: 90-100 FPS
FPS Drops: 60-70 FPS (especially noticeable in areas like Dire Marsh)
CPU Utilization: 90-97%
GPU Utilization: 50-55% (Verified via NVIDIA App overlay)

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

Lowered graphics from 'Max' to 'Minimal' preset: Only yielded a marginal 10-12 FPS difference.
Toggled DLSS on/off: Negligible difference in framerate.

Resolution: 1080p

Same issue fps is 60-90 all the time. Graphics settings doesn't change anything

  Noticing a pattern where no matter the specs everyone with this issue is getting the same framerate averages and drops despite the hardware differences. How weird.
