No Audio

All sounds are at max volume, Windows has the correct inputs and outputs (as well as the game). Not sure why this is happening

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We understand there's no audio when you play. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact that this may have had. If this is happening on Steam, then Clearing the Download Cache may help.

    If that step does not help, however, then please share the following with us for our investigation:

    • Your Bungie account name.
    • The model of your PC and its graphic card model.
    • If specific in-game steps appear to reproduce this audio bug, then please break them down for us.
    • A short video demonstrating this audio issue. If you have one, you can upload it to Youtube, and link us to it here.

    Once we have the above information, we'll investigate should this issue has persisted beyond the troubleshooting we suggested.
