Team voicechat doesn't work all the time
My mic and speaker outputs are correct, and I was able to test this by talking to my friend using the team voice in lobby. As soon as we entered a match, neither of our teams voice chat was working. However, it looked like proximity chat worked.
I rebound my team and proximity voice buttons to my mouse (4and 5, the thumb buttons on the side).

Does launching the game in windowed mode reproduce this?
