here is a link for my fight with the trifecta recon codex challenge, from the patch notes its stated -
- Fixed an issue where the “Trifecta” Recon challenge wouldn’t not properly handle both downing and eliminating a runner.
but I was able to finish one runner at the start, and down the other two runners, one which my teammate finished one off for me, but the codex challenge still is incomplete maybe I am wrong about how the challenge works but is it possible to look at my submission and give me any feedback.

Thanks for reaching out! Great fight, but it seems your first down was actually an assist which unfortunately wouldn't satisfy the challenge requirements.
