Can the relevant team fix this issue for me and other players having this problem?

3. Did not get Cryo skin for Thief after killing compiler and exfiling with team.

I ended up getting the thief skin on a separate run but then did it again with the Assassin and skin didn't unlock.... This is disappointing.. Successfully killed compiler and ex-filled and no code...

3. Killed Compiler w/ Thief Class and did not receive the skin. Acquired the Ganglion as proof

I know they did adjustments for that team that got killed by NAPainter's team that glitched into the compiler clear room. Hoping they do the same for us over broken code.

3. Completed Redacted challenge for Vidmaster and it did not unlock in codex

It seemed to pop after I went in the secured room after compiler. The first time it was out was in the exfil room but maybe it doesn't work after picking that one up?

I also had the same problem. Did this and also ex-filled with Biotoxic Disinjector and got the REDACTED Vidmaster challenge but not the Thief Skin for killing compiler after a successful exfil... A...
