Game crashing

PC configuration:
Processor - AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-Core Processor (4.70 GHz) - RAM 32,0 Go
- GPU: Nvidia GTX 5060 TI
- Description of Issue - Game crash when matchmaking or when using map while playing
- Rough Date and Time of issue - since purchase, this happened 5-6 times ,
- Repro steps - After setting my loadout, i start matchmaking and then the game crash OR when playing after several minutes, when i open the map the game freezes and crash.
