Pre order DLC on Steam
I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the game, verified game files, and my deluxe skins and twitch drops are missing all the items that were promised to me on launch aren't there. Even server slam rewards are missing.

In the meantime, Accessing and Restoring Licenses may help you to access your purchased content. Your patience and understanding while this is ongoing is appreciated.
As for Twitch Drops and Server Slam rewards, please allow up to 24 hours for it to reflect in your account. If you still haven't received it, please let us know.
