Repro Steps: Shoot anything a few times, eventually one of them will no reg.

Please fix the no regs and desyncs. Desyncs where you look like you're in one spot only to jump to another are so incredibly common still. UI bugs where tooltips do not appear are also abundant and annoying, maybe even worse since Nightfall Refresh. Please fix these underlying issues ASAP.
