Can't Login. Stuck On Black Screen

On both xbox console and xcloud, the game loads fine to the main login screen. I press a to login in. It starts loading for a few seconds then just goes to a black screen. I can still hear the ambient sound playing in the background. Anyone know a fix for this? It was working fine two days ago.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for this report.

    Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    • Fully close the game and relaunch it
    • Restart your Xbox console
    • Sign out of your Xbox profile, then sign back in and try again
    • Power cycle the console by holding the power button for about 10 seconds, then turn it back on
    • If possible, try launching again on your Xbox console and note exactly when the black screen appears
    • Check whether another network connection changes the behavior, if you have that option

    If the black screen continues after trying those steps, please send us the following details:

    • Whether this happens every time you try to log in
    • The approximate date and time of your most recent attempt
    • Your region
    • Whether the game music or ambient audio continues while the screen is black
    • If you’re using another Xbox-access method, exactly how you’re launching the game

    Ok, at least it's not just me. Thanks kappas.

    (I have tried all the steps listed above but it's still not working.)

    Yep. Did all the possible Xbox fixes. Has to be something to do with the update.
