Yep, same here. They'll take their sweet time to fix it since they already got their payday from the game release last Thursday.. I've been complaining about it since launch day, and even during the server slam when the issue was apparent, and I've only received PR-trained Bungie responses, instead of an actual timeline or ETA on a fix or anything that's causing it. Or I'll get redirected to the stupid "help page" that is about as useful as a paper mache bomb shelter. But don't worry!! Twitch drops are the higher priority issue currently! Actually so pathetic they were so quick to fix it during the server slam so they could show everyone "look at us, we fix our issues instantly!" just to bait people into buying their product (Marathon) and get their pay day and sit on their ass all day while people have issues.. At this rate, you'll be lucky to even play 1 day of the current season at the rate they're going at to fix these issues..
Since day two of the Server Slam and since release I'm consistently hitting the following error:
"Could not connect to Marathon servers. Check your network configuration and try again. For information on resolving this issue visit help.bungie.net and search for error code: WEASEL."
I'm the only person on my network, on PC, using a wired Ethernet connection. Every other online/multiplayer game works perfectly fine. Nothing in my setup has changed since yesterday when the game worked.
I've gone through both the Marathon Network Troubleshooting Guide and the Error Code WEASEL page and completed every step listed. Below is a full list of everything I've tried:
