Collector’s Edition emblem code not working

I received codes for the collector’s edition emblem and background in-game items from PlayStation Direct yesterday. When attempting to redeem the codes on Bungie.net/codes/redeem, I get this error message: “ERROR: Invalid Code. Please try again. (2000)”. This is an issue with the emblem and background redemption, not the game itself.
