I have the same issue. Bought through PS Direct and the codes were emailed to me. I've tried using the codes one a day and none of them work.

3. Twitch drops not received

Just wanted to follow-up that I also haven't received my twitch drops. Missing two from each weekend. I have the Bingus stick and emblem. I got the glowworm sticker and emblem too. No weapons skins...
