Marathon Deluxe & Pre-Order Content Missing
I preordered this game last week, and then added the Deluxe Upgrade maybe two days ago. I have checked my licenses, DLC is enabled, and I have followed the official Bungie Support guide. I still do not have these items.

I am having the same issues on my account
i have the same issue i bought deluxe and i have none of the skins in my account
no pre order skins or deluxe skin on mine either which is really irritating
