Vault Breaker Bug Report
This is a repost of an existing issue as I didn’t receive a response when I commented on the existing issue that it happened again. Here is the original issue:
“On Vault 5 in Vault Breaker, only 2 of the 4 screens matched the solution screen. 2 of the other screens were both different incorrect screens, forcing me to waste time running around and having to go through the EMP reset shenanigans. This happened at roughly 10:45 pm PST on PS5 running solo vault breaker. I only had time to take one screenshot of just one of the screens which doesn’t mean much without the rest of the screens.”

Vault 5 has 5 screens. Do you have a longer video showing all 5 screens?
In the video that you shared, we can only count 4 screens.
