Cryo Archive - Control - Stuck in wall near fill station

There is a spot in the pipes in the center of Control in Cryo Archive where players can become stuck. I was playing as Assassin and did a smoke dive and ended up wedged in this spot and could not get out. The smoke dive ability was still able to be activated, so I assume the game still considered me to be falling.
Can be reproduced with a smoke dive into the same spot. Screenshots below.
The game desperately needs a solution because players are are constantly getting stuck in random places like between boxes, pipes, under stairs, etc. Simplifying the collision mesh to plug small gaps like this could work but it'd be whack-a-mole. Please give us a menu option to get unstuck by resetting our position to safe ground.
