[Bug] Helping Hands implant does not trigger on Triage's revive

  • Description of Issue - Helping Hands torso implant says "Recharges crew's shield for a short time after successful revive." I revived a team mate via Triage's ultimate and my shield nor their shield recharged at all.
  • Rough Date and Time of issue - Oct 30, 11:50PM
  • Repro steps - Equip helping hands, get shields depleted, revive crew member with Triage ult. Expected: Crew's shields recharge Actual: Crew's shields do not charge at all. You can see when I go to loot that I had a helping hands purple implant equipped.
