During Maintenance, our whole Trio was force disconnected unexpectedly.
We were running a match during Oct 27 Maintenance and the Server dumped all of us unexpectedly. It seems like you are testing a low impact way to do updates for players, but this definitely ruined our experience, and we had a lot of gear we didn't want to lose that way. We trusted that the running during maintenance wouldn't do that. So, we wanted you to be aware for future maintenances if you think players will be dropped from servers unexpectedly, that you are conscious of the harm it does to the gameplay reputation.

We are aware of a temporary blip that caused some players to be disconnected from Marathon and have since resolved it.
We've additionally seen reports that the automatic lost loot protection did not work for all players who encountered this issue. While we are unable to directly refund gear lost due to this issue for everyone, we'll be providing a Deluxe Sponsored Kit to players who were online around the time of the error. Keep an eye on your mailbox over the next couple of days for this to be delivered. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Happen to me to solo fill, kill the other team, was going to open key and lose all my gear all my farmed salvage. all loot i gain from killing people
